I have a habit of pondering life's musings, and I'd love for you to join me on my online journey where I share my reflections and observations.
Back when I was younger, spending time with the "ladies," I often heard about the concept of a midlife crisis. Although my husband jokingly claims I've had many, I never quite grasped why, at a certain point in our lives, we begin to question:
1.) What have I done?
2.) Where am I going?
3.) Areas I can improve.
With a personal ethos of constant evolution and improvement, I've always sought ways to elevate myself through education and learning from others.
So, here's what I've discovered, answering these questions that often come knocking when a "0" gets attached to our age:
1.) What have I done?
To the best of my knowledge, I've been living. My life may seem simple yet intricately complex from an outside perspective. I'm frequently asked what I do, and to me, the answer is: all of it. As the saying goes, one can never be too much! #yourenevertoomuch
2.) Where am I going?
I aim to continue living my life, enjoying the food I want without succumbing to body dysmorphia, which I refuse to let hinder me.
3.) Areas I can improve.
As someone who is always striving for betterment, I've become a change agent championing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) through education. I've aligned myself with innovative platforms to advance my mantra of living!
As I celebrate my 40th, I'd like to share some highlights of the week-long festivities. Thank you for tuning in, and today I pose a question to you: Do you find yourself asking these questions now that I've turned 40? Join me in this introspective journey, and let's explore together.
If you're intrigued, consider following along for more of my life's musings and adventures.
Warm regards,
